About Us
The Resident Affect started with the sole purpose of creating happier, healthier, more wholesome communities for every community member. Recognizing that the majority of folks never truly feel like they belong in a place they’re leasing or renting, causing high turnover and lack of appreciation for the community.
Here at The Resident Affect we work closely with our community partners to create a new character and message to their community. One that speaks to their members and lets them know that their friends and family are just down the hall. That at any moment in time you can trust to walk out the security of your home and know your environment and neighbors are safe. And most importantly, to spark a relationship within all the community members to create their own small little family where everyone knows each other and most importantly, cares for each other.
